SPRAYMASTER SERIES
The SPRAYMASTER Series industrial washing cabinets are systems designed for spray washing with water-based detergents, ideal for effective and sustainable treatments. Each cabinet is equipped with an internal platform that guarantees deep cleaning of components, keeping the internal environment clean, odourless and completely isolated from the outside during the washing cycle.
The platforms for housing the parts can be fixed, oscillating or rotating. The SPRAYMASTER.TLT line in particular is designed to be integrated into flexible FMS production lines, receiving the part to be treated from the transfer line and then tilting it inside the washing cabin. The spraying systems can be fixed, linear, oscillating or positioned with a 6-axis anthropomorphic robot.
The combined chemical, mechanical and thermal action ensures a high-performance industrial washing result, suitable for various production sectors that require high standards of cleanliness.
