The SPRAYMASTER.CIL series industrial spray washing systems are designed for the professional cleaning of large and heavy mechanical parts. Thanks to the presence of an oscillating table combined with rotating ramps, these systems guarantee complete and uniform treatment even on components longer than 5000 mm and with a capacity exceeding 100000 kg.

During the washing cycle, the ramps positioned on the four sides of the cabin oscillate up to 70°, while the trolley transports the parts with an alternating movement along the longitudinal axis. This configuration ensures effective cleaning of mechanical parts, reaching every surface, even in the presence of complex geometries, all with reduced energy consumption for both pumping and heating.

The tanks, located under the worktop, are equipped with large inspection and maintenance ports, simplifying routine cleaning operations. The washing solutions are distributed by one or more electric pumps and then filtered by removable metal filters, which maintain the high efficiency of the system.

In the TAU version, the system incorporates an innovative valve system with pneumatic actuators that prevents cross-contamination between the different solutions in the cycle, improving the overall quality of the treatment in the washing compartment.
