The SPRAYMASTER.TLT series washing machines are designed to integrate seamlessly into flexible production lines (FMS – Flexible Manufacturing System), where operating units such as CNC machines, robots and CMMs are connected by an automatic parts transport system.

This industrial washing system is integrated directly into the production line, receiving the parts to be treated via the transfer system and positioning them inside the washing chamber with an automatic tilting system.

Inside the treatment chamber, the configuration of the jets is designed to cover all surfaces of the parts to be washed, combining chemical, mechanical and thermal actions for complete and efficient cleaning of mechanical parts.

At the end of the washing process, the parts are automatically returned to the FMS line transport system, while the entire plant is fully integrated into the production line’s computer control network, ensuring a continuous and optimised workflow.
