The SPRAYMASTER.TR Series industrial washing systems are advanced solutions for spray washing small and medium-sized components, with capacities up to 4000 kg. These systems are designed to ensure maximum effectiveness in surface treatment thanks to a rotating table that allows uniform exposure of the parts to the spray jet.
Inside the treatment chamber, a channelled system with strategically positioned nozzles allows for complete spray washing of all surfaces, optimising chemical, mechanical and thermal processes in a single operating phase.
The front closure of the chamber is provided by a motorised or pneumatic door, which guarantees safety and sealing. To improve the efficiency of the production cycle, a platform for loading and unloading components can be integrated directly in front of the door.
