The HIDRO.IC series of hydrokinetic industrial washing systems exploit the mechanical action of water-based liquids and detergents or aqueous products, moved at high pressure and high flow rate inside a washing chamber equipped with rotating basket-holding equipment.

These systems are ideal for treating large quantities of turned parts contained in large baskets, but can also handle large individual pieces.

The combined action of high-pressure liquid and rotation of the parts ensures thorough cleaning of oily and processing residues, guaranteeing the highest level of industrial hygiene.

The washing cycle consists of a spray phase followed by an immersion phase with vigorous agitation of the detergent solution, thus combining the chemical effectiveness of the degreasing product with the mechanical action of the high-pressure water jets.

This is followed by an optional rinsing phase and air or combined air and vacuum drying for optimal results.

These hydrokinetic industrial washing systems are particularly recommended for inter-operational washing or for complex parts, characterised by diverse shapes and sizes, with blind holes and intricate passages, often dirty with chips and machining residues.
