These eco-friendly systems operate exclusively with water, ensuring effective and environmentally friendly treatments.

HIDRO.WK systems consist of a horizontal cylindrical treatment chamber, one or two service tanks and a water distiller that ensures closed-circuit operation with washing always carried out using high-quality distilled water.

The treatment chamber is equipped with a longitudinal axis rotating structure, which allows total or partial rotation of the parts during washing, optimising the effectiveness of the treatment.

The water distiller allows for a continuous and sustainable cycle, reducing waste and ensuring process quality. During treatment, all components operate under vacuum conditions, with absolute pressures controlled locally to maximise efficiency.

The standard treatment cycle consists of four stages: pre-washing, washing, air drying and high vacuum drying, to ensure optimal cleaning results.

HIDRO.WK hydrokinetic industrial washing systems are fully automated and controlled by PLCs with graphic displays, facilitating programming and monitoring.
