For the automatic treatment of large production batches with complex shaped parts, Ceever offers high-performance surface treatment systems: the SANDBLASTER.AUTO series sandblasting tunnels, available in linear or circular configurations and in different sizes to meet every production need.

These industrial sandblasting systems consist of one or more perfectly sealed treatment chambers, constructed of thick steel to ensure strength, durability and resistance to the stresses of continuous use.

The system for separating and collecting spent blasting material uses a balanced air cyclone/centrifugal separator connected to an electric vacuum cleaner located at the rear of the sandblaster. This mechanism separates and filters recyclable material, conveying waste to a dedicated filter.

The conical or multi-conical bottom of the sandblasting chambers is designed to speed up the return of the abrasive material to the suction system, which redirects the air/sand mixture to the separation device, optimising the continuous flow and operating cycle.

Sandblasting nozzles, possibly integrated into automated handling devices, are installed inside the treatment chamber to ensure uniform, precise and repeatable surface treatment on each component.
