HIGH PRESSURE WASHING AND DEBURRING

The robotic washing system allows for industrial washing with a high degree of accuracy. Companies in the automotive and aerospace sectors generally use this type of treatment, as they are required to meet high cleaning standards subject to strict specifications.
The positioned washing system allows for the treatment of parts with particularly complex shapes that require a high level of cleanliness in hard-to-reach areas. The system consists of a six-axis anthropomorphic robot with one or more spray nozzles attached to the wrist. The movement programming then allows the treatment sequence to be set.
