In response to growing environmental concerns, CEEVER has developed the CK.ECOFAST series of hydrokinetic industrial washing systems, which use biodegradable hydrocarbon solvents that are non-toxic to aquatic life. These solvents are ozone-depleting and have a low vapor pressure, ensuring a reduced environmental impact.

The distillation waste produced is classified as “Special Waste” and not as “Harmful Toxic”, simplifying disposal procedures and reducing environmental risks.

CK.ECOFAST hydrokinetic industrial washing systems consist of a horizontal cylindrical treatment chamber, one or two service tanks, and an integrated solvent distiller. The treatment chamber is equipped with a longitudinal-axis rotating structure that allows for full or partial rotation of the parts, adjustable according to cleaning needs.

During the process, all components operate under vacuum conditions with locally controlled absolute pressures, ensuring efficient and safe treatment. Automated PLC management and a graphic display facilitate system monitoring and programming.

The distiller plays a key role in the treatment cycle, allowing the clean solvent to be recirculated within the closed circuit, thus ensuring maximum efficiency and environmental sustainability.

The standard treatment cycle includes vacuum pre-washing followed by vacuum washing with distilled solvent or rinsing with solvent vapors and high-vacuum drying.

This technology guarantees effective, environmentally friendly industrial cleaning that complies with the most stringent environmental regulations.
