The system for separating spent blasting material consists of an air-balanced cyclone/centrifugal separator connected to an efficient electric vacuum cleaner, strategically positioned at the rear of the sandblaster. This system allows the collection of material that can no longer be reused, effectively separating the recyclable blasting material, which is further filtered before being conveyed into a double-body filter bag, equipped with a zipper for quick and functional cleaning.

The conical bottom of the cabin is connected to the suction system, which directs the mixture of air and sand towards the separation unit, ensuring a constant and optimized flow for surface treatment.

The front of the cabin is designed for maximum operator comfort, with an ergonomic workstation and an access door that facilitates the insertion and removal of parts to be sandblasted.

The durable and flexible para sleeves prevent the abrasive material from escaping during operation, while ensuring maximum freedom of movement for the operator.
