For the treatment of large components or those with complex geometries, Ceever offers advanced surface treatment systems, such as the SANDBLAST.CABINET series sandblasting cabinets, available in different sizes to meet every production need.

All sandblasting systems in this line are designed with a perfectly sealed treatment cabinet, made of thick steel and equipped with multiple operating stations. The interior is finished to ensure maximum brightness, improving visibility during the sandblasting process.

The cabin support structure is built with a sturdy load-bearing frame, carefully painted to ensure strength and durability, even in intense working environments. The blasting material management system allows the separation of reusable material, which is further filtered before being sent to the collection system.

The conical or multi-conical bottom of the cabin is designed to facilitate the rapid return of the blasting material to the suction system, optimizing the recirculation of the air/sand mixture and ensuring the continuity of the surface treatment.

The operator stations are located at the front of the cabin and can be configured with one or more workstations to offer operational flexibility. The loading/unloading area is accessible via a front or side door, designed to facilitate the insertion and removal of the components to be treated.
