TANK.US series consists of washing vat endowed with one or more immerse ultrasound transducers and with an independent internal or external generator.
The operating principle is to spread the vibrations of a variable frequency in a liquid, thereby generating the high and low-pressure waves, which bring the liquid to cavitation.
The cavitation produces Vapor bubbles, which generate during the implosion a lot of small impacts against the walls of the treated component. These small dispersed forces help to dissolve the dry dirt.
All the vats are constructed in stainless steel with a double wall with thermal insulation.
