when the floors are not waterproofed it is possible to install a vat to pick up any accidental losses of liquid with pomp of raising.
RINSE WATER CONTROL
with the purpose to preserve the waters of rinse it is possible to introduce valves that open at the renewal only in presence of the basket in the vat.
AUTOMATIC TOP UP
system of automatic water top up, that allows to maintain constant the level of liquid inside of the vat.
INSIDE VAT LIFTING
such device, particularly useful for the phosphating, produces a vertical movement of the basket / drum inside of the vat, favoring the renovation of the solution of treatment nearest to the pieces to treat.
REMOTE CONTROLS
especially for plant of great dimensions could be useful move the controls in more comfortable zones, distant from the electric panel. For this is possible to add consoles of remote control endowed with display.
FILTRATIONS
for special requirements it’s possible to install filters with degree of retention of 1-100 micron. On these machines are sually installed bag filters fed by an independent pump that aspires liquid from the treatment tank, pushed it in the filters and re-send it back in the tank.
WEEKLY CLOCK
In normal use of a system based on defined and programmed production times, it can be very useful to install a weekly Clock. This has to make an impact on the heating and / or the ventilation system so the ignition and the shutdown of these units can be planned.
