TUNNEL.HIDRO
The washing systems of the TUNNEL.HIDRO series combine the construction versatility of the washing tunnels with the deep washing typical of the hydrokinetic washing machines.
The cleaning machine is typically linear and instep, with the treated parts passing in sequence in stages designed for washing, rinsing, blowing and drying.
In addition to these treatment stages, there is one or more where the piece, completely immersed, can rotate of 360° on its own axis, guaranteeing cleaning even in those critical sections where the jet of the detergent solution cannot clean due to the particular morphology of the piece.
A washing system designed in this way can be easily inserted into processing lines for inter-process washing.
