The industrial spray washing system consists of a treatment cabin equipped with a fixed platform, with treatment tanks integrated into a single unit or positioned externally, for greater operational flexibility. Inside the chamber, the ducts are designed to accommodate spray devices and spray treatment ramps with linear advancement on one or more axes, ensuring precise and thorough cleaning of mechanical parts.

For applications requiring greater freedom of movement and precision, a six-axis anthropomorphic robot can be integrated, further improving the effectiveness of the mechanical parts cleaning process.

Access to the treatment chamber is facilitated by a wide front door, and, if necessary, a dedicated platform can be installed for loading and unloading parts, optimising the time and safety of operations.
