The system is designed exclusively for spray treatment with aqueous solutions, utilizing a combined chemical, mechanical, and thermal action to ensure effective cleaning and deburring. The structure includes a multi-stage tunnel with a monoblock conveyor integrated with the treatment solution storage tanks.

The process is based on the step-by-step movement of the parts, fixed on pallets with a defined geometry, which pass through the various stages of the washing cycle. During the passage, the parts are subjected to high-pressure and high-temperature sprays, reaching every nook and cranny thanks to the presence of a 6-axis anthropomorphic robot in one or more stations, which ensures complete coverage of critical areas.
